COVID-19 Community Guidelines
For the benefit of all our
residents, future residents, guests, and staff, we
are following the COVID-19 CDC recommendations and guidelines
for social distancing.
Our community is implementing the following until further
notice:
- Leasing Office and
Leasing Tours
Our leasing office will be open by appointment only. The office staff will be available through phone, email, and resident portal Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5:30 and Saturday 9:00 - 5:00. Our dedicated staff will guide you through a social distant on-site tour or a virtual tour of your new home and walk you through our online leasing process. We are happy to assist you in finding your new home! - Community
Amenities
All community amenities and common areas, except for the laundry facilities, will be closed. - Packages
Packages will not be signed for or held in the leasing office for pick up. - Payments
All payments can be made through our online portal or resident portal app. Our staff is available during business hours to assist you in this process. If online payments are not an option for you, please contact our office to discuss this. - Maintenance
Request
Emergency and non-emergency maintenance requests can be submitted through our website’s resident portal, resident portal app, fax, or email. Our staff is available during business hours to assist you in this process.
